Ordering from

Probably the most difficult part of ordering our schnecken is deciding which ones - and how much - you want! We will make the rest of the process easy. On this page you will find not only the current schnecken menu, but how to have your order fulfilled promptly.

Minimum Quantities  :
Each schnecken type has a minimum order of one pound (1 lb.); orders over the minimum can be in half-pound increments (i.e., 1-1/2 lbs., 2-1/2 lbs.). The exception is "Solomon's Choice", explained below with the rest of the varieties offered.

Delivery as a Gift or to Another Address  :
If you would like to have your order sent as a gift and/or to one or more addresses, please send us an e-mail before ordering so we can provide you with the appropriate information and instructions. Our schnecken are packaged on 9" cake rounds and clear wrapping gathered with ribbon at the top, suitable for a gift.

Shipping & Delivery  :
All orders are shipped UPS Domestic Ground or USPS Priority Mail for delivery within one to five businessdays in the 48 contiguous states; charges included UPS residential delivery and fuel surcharges. Contact us before ordering for information on shipping to AK, HI, and US Territories. No international orders accepted. How To Order

(as easy as 1...2...3...)

Orders for schnecken are accepted by email or fax, and all payments are securely processed through Paypal so you can use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or personal checking account.

To Submit Your Order:
 
1. Go to the (click>>) Schnecken Order Page (<<click) .
 
2. Fill in the order form. Make sure you select the type of schnecken and the quantity by weight. The minimum order is 1 lb. of any flavor, and you can increase the quantities in 1/2 lb. increments. When you have completed selecting your order and providing the required information, plus any comments or instructions, fill in thecharacters from the security picture the click on the "CHECKOUT" button to submit your order.
 
3. Check your e-mail. Within 24-48 hours you will receive an invoice, which includes instructions for submitting payment. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be fulfilled promptly! Our baking schedule currently provides for shipping on Mondays and Fridays; please contact us if you have other delivery or time-sensitive needs.

The ingredients are simple and always quality: flour, eggs, butter, sour cream, sugar, cinnamon, jelly and nuts. I am often asked for the recipe and people are surprised when I tell them there really isn't one.

Our schnecken are a labor of love, each one carefully made by hand. From making and cutting the dough to spreading the filling to creating the small individual crescent shape, it is all done by look and feel.

Solomon's Choice - a wise decision

The wisdom of King Solomon is often illustrated by his decision in a child custody dispute by ruling that the baby be cut in half - forcing the parents to come to a more practical solution.

To solve the "dilema" of a minimum order of 1 lb. for each flavor of schnecken, we offer "Solomon's Choice." - you may combine 1/2 lb. of two flavors to create a 1 lb. "minimum."
